The new buffet at Pacifica Restaurant is a combination of East and West, using imported ingredients and local Vietnamese products. Inspired by the cuisine of Pacific Rim regions, the new buffet introduces their new sushi corner and the daily chef’s picks including the “bread of the day” and rotating carvery station. There is also a dessert bar featuring an assortment of cakes and confections. Lunch is priced at VND600,000++ per adult and VND300,000++ per child, while dinner starts from VND880,000++ per adult and VND440,000++ per child.
Ming Restaurant is presenting their farvourite Monk Jumps Over The Wall, a signature soup of Ming cusine. As the ingredients include abalone, sea cucumber, black chicken, dried scallop, black mushroom and cordyceps, the soup is a nutritious and healthy dish. Priced at VND880,000++ per bowl.
Oyster lovers will have a chance to indulge themselves with the top-notch Fine de Claire oysters and spectacular views at the rooftop bar The Summit. Three fresh oysters cost VND280,000++ and VND95,000++ for one oyster. For those who prefer their oyster trio (VND310,000++) to be BBQed with anise sauce and mignonette sauce or grilled with garlic cream and chilies, Song Hong Bar is the place.
